Out-of-Network Physical Therapy Service

Payment is taken at the end of treatment. Dr. Richards does not work with insurance companies and asks her patients who want reimbursement to contact their insurance company directly. You can request an invoice from Dr. Richards with the information needed to make a claim to your insurance.

Initial Evaluation:

• 75 minutes of undivided care

• Discuss history of injury(s), medical history, other comorbidities that contribute to present state

• Discuss goals of treatment and timeframe

• Movement analysis, myofascial and joint assessments, neuromuscular, respiratory, and balance evaluation 

• Discussion of findings and treatment approach

• Full treatment including hands on care, exercises that meet your individual needs, and a home exercise program to maximize recovery

• Cost: $190

Follow Up Treatments:

• Time: 60 minutes

• Discussion of your progress

• Movement analysis, myofascial and joint assessments, neuromuscular, respiratory, and balance evaluation as needed

• Treatment including hands on care and exercises that meet your individual needs

• Cost: $140
