One-on-One Yoga
With private yoga lessons, Jackie will give you personalized instructions based on your health, body type, and lifestyle. Students receive customized teaching, modifications, and homework assignments that deepen their connection to self and are designed to help them reach your yoga and life objectives. Private yoga classes are the perfect way to work with special health concerns, injuries, or any other limitations you may experience. If you are concerned about the possibility of a re-injury, working one-on-one with Jackie will teach you how to adapt certain postures and use modifications as well as find out if there are specific poses to avoid or to focus on when in class and practicing at home. Classes can be in the studio or she can travel to you for a $30 extra travel charge.

Initial Session:

Evaluation including discussion of medical history, previous injuries, movement assessment, and body systems assessment. If you have a current injury this is not a physical therapy examination and look at making an appointment for physical therapy

50-60 minute private yoga class

All essential poses in a typical yoga class, modified as needed
